Morris Performing Arts Center hosts South Bend High School Music Festival


The Morris Performing Arts Center hosting the 3rd Annual South Bend High School Music Festival.

Over 250 talented students from Washington, Adams and Riley high school performed in 14 featured musical ensembles.

For the first time, all ensembles joined for a final work at the end of the concert.

“And this is such a wonderful performance venue for our students. And it gives them such a great opportunity to perform in such a grand hall. And have amazing audience to come see us.,” said John Adams High School Director of Choirs Heather Ducharme.

Students rehearsed during the day, and several performing arts groups and local colleges and universities were onsite to discuss performance opportunities and higher education with them.
