Bam Adebayo, 1st Points Scorer (+491): Bam has piled up plenty of points over the last week, hanging a historic 83 points on the Wizards and scoring 21 points against the Bucks in his follow-up on Thursday. In his 83-point game, he was the first points scorer of the night, giving him 12 first baskets made this season, more than any other player in action this Saturday. He has made the first basket in 21.1% of his starts, including two of his last seven and three of his last 13. The public thinks Bam will be back at it on Saturday night at home against Orlando, and getting this prop at almost 5:1 odds is a spicy way to start the night.
Deandre Ayton Double-Double (+398): Ayton is almost a 4:1 long shot to get a double-double on Saturday night against the Nuggets, but his double-double prop is the most-bet player prop that isn’t a first scorer prop. Ayton has posted a double-double in each of his last two games, both at home earlier this week. He had 14 points and 12 rebounds against the Timberwolves on Tuesday, followed by 23 points and 10 boards against the Bulls on Thursday. For the season, he has 20 double-doubles in 57 starts. He only played four minutes against Jokic and the Nuggets last week when they met, leaving early with left knee soreness. Earlier in the season, he had just four points and eight rebounds in 15 minutes. The public thinks he can carry over his momentum from earlier in the week to this rematch with The Joker.
Austin Reaves 4+ 3PM (+393): Another member of the Lakers that the public is high on in Saturday’s matchup is guard Austin Reaves. Reaves has 2.45 3PM (three-pointers made) a game this season, but he has nailed four 3PM in each of his last two games, scoring 31 points against the Wolves and 30 points against the Bulls. Before hitting four threes in each of his last two games, he had come in under this prop for nine straight games while he ramped back up after a calf injury. Now that he’s back to a full workload, he’s proven he can reach this mark, and the Lakers will need him to stay hot to avenge their loss last week in Denver.
