Jalen Brunson, 1st Points Scorer (+448): First points scorer props have become extremely popular over the last several weeks, and on Sunday, the public is a big fan of Brunson as he and the Knicks host the Warriors on Sunday night on NBC and Peacock. Brunson has been the first point scorer in 12 games this season (19% of his starts), including one of his last seven and two of his last 15. The Knicks have won 52.9% of tip-offs this season, while the Warriors have won only 45.5% of tip-offs. Brunson has scored 28, 28 and 29 points in his three games this week against the Clippers, Jazz and Pacers. All three of those games were on the road, but the Knicks will be back at home on Sunday, and Brunson could look to attack right away back at the Garden.
Cade Cunningham Triple-Double (+950): Cade is a long shot to post a triple-double, but the public sees the value in this 10:1 prop. Cunningham has 37 double-doubles and three triple-doubles in his 59 games this season. He had double-doubles in 11 of his last 12 games, but his last triple-double was Dec. 20 against the Hornets. He fell just two boards short of a triple-double on Friday against the Grizzlies with 17 points, 15 assists and eight rebounds. He will likely be very busy in Detroit’s road game in Toronto, and in his earlier matchup this season against Toronto, he had 28 points, nine assists and seven rebounds.
Jrue Holiday 15+ Points (-194): On the other end of the risk spectrum, Holiday is getting a lot of attention as the Trail Blazers take on the Sixers at 6:00 p.m. ET. He has scored 15 points in 13 of his last 17 games, averaging 19.6 points per game over that span. He had only 13 points against the Sixers in the first matchup. He’ll also have to carry more of the workload since Shaedon Sharpe remains out with a calf injury.
