BREAK IT DOWN:
(stats taken from DraftKings Sportsbook’s Stats Hub)
Chet Holmgren Double-Double, Yes (+196): Holmgren did register his 21st double-double of the season in Tuesday night’s win over the Bulls, yet the former second-overall pick remains incredibly passive on the offensive end of the floor in recent weeks — even with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams mostly unavailable. To wit, Holmgren finished with only 12 points in 25.9 minutes against Chicago, and he’s averaging a mere 14.5 points per contest since the beginning of February. That’s enough to qualify for a double-double, which is all backers of this prop care about, but on the whole, Holmgren’s passiveness and regression from three-point range are concerns. Specific to Wednesday, a tough matchup with the Knicks should at least necessitate Holmgren and the rest of the Thunder’s starters to log at least 30 minutes. Holmgren’s notched a double-double in four of his last five games where he’s reached that playing time threshold.
Giannis Antetokounmpo First Point Scorer (+533): I can understand the excitement the public has for this prop, even if its market tends to be random and unruly. Antetokounmpo returned from a 15-game injury absence on Monday night, though his presence didn’t amount for much in a lopsided 27-point defeat at the hands of the Celtics. Still, if one thing was clear in that contest, it’s that the Bucks aren’t going to be shy about utilizing their former MVP when he’s on the floor. Giannis was limited to only 25.5 minutes against Boston, yet he finished with an eye-popping 46.1% usage rate. So, it’s not difficult to imagine that the ball will be in Antetokounmpo’s hands quickly. However, it’s worth noting that Milwaukee has only won the opening tip in 26.7% of its games this season — easily the lowest mark of the 12 teams on tonight’s slate.
Andre Drummond Double-Double, Yes (+184): I think Andre Drummond will want to quickly forget about his performance on Tuesday. While Drummond did start in place of the injured Joel Embiid, the veteran logged just 5.2 minutes of action, missing six of his seven field goal attempts and picking up three fouls. This is known as the Victor Wembanyana effect, people. However, the former lottery pick did register a double-double on Sunday against the Celtics, with 10 points and 12 boards. That gives Drummond 11 double-doubles in his 24 starts in 2025-26. His offensive game is a rough watch, yet even in his 14th NBA campaign, Drummond remains an elite rebounder. In fact, Drummond is averaging 21.2 rebounds per 100 possessions — the second-most of any player in the league.
3-Pick Parlay
Taking three of the most-bet player props individually is always an option, but why not roll them into a parlay and get in on all the action at once? It’s a fun way to tie everything together — feel free to tag along.
