NAPLES, Fla. (WINK) — Naples Fashion Week wrapped up its second year with its biggest show yet, blending high-end design, luxury cars and a cause.
The finale, called Fashion and Ferraris, turned the Naples Jet Center into a full-scale fashion experience. Designers from around the world showcased their work against a backdrop of fast cars lined up next to private jets.
Beyond the glitz and glam, organizers said there’s a deeper purpose. The show gave back to the Shelter for Abused Women and Children, proving fashion can make an impact in the community.
“My vision for Naples Fashion Week is to make Naples feel like you are in Paris or Milan. You don’t need to travel to a destination to go to a Fashion Week. It’s right here,” said Roberta Beranek, CEO of Naples Fashion Week.
“Naples was missing a little bit of fashion, I feel, but I brought it. I’m bringing it, and this show is gonna be bigger and better than last year, and we’re gonna keep evolving every single year,” Beranek said.
The event blended luxury and lifestyle, featuring music, attendees dressed to the nines and a runway unlike any traditional show.
