New Arrivals at Biltmore Fashion Park

Biltmore Fashion Park is heading into a lively spring season, with a mix of new openings and events adding fresh energy to the shopping center.

RED Development has signed new leases with FP Movement, the Free People brand known for stylish, performance-ready activewear, along with [solidcore], further enhancing the property’s blend of fashion, wellness and fitness. Both concepts are expected to open in spring 2026.

FP Movement, part of URBN’s global brand portfolio alongside Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, will take a space between Rye 51 and Warby Parker, while [solidcore] will debut a studio near alo.

“Expanding our presence in Phoenix allows us to better serve our growing community,” said Josh Rainey, senior director of real estate and growth at [solidcore]. “Biltmore’s upscale setting is the perfect home for us, offering a welcoming space where members can build strength, consistency and connection.”

Art lovers can also explore a new pop-up from Biltmore Fine Art Gallery, now open for a limited time at the Fashion Park. The gallery features rotating, curated collections and is led by Robert Casterline, cofounder of the Casterline|Goodman Gallery, drawing on his decades-long experience representing post-war and contemporary artists and advising collectors nationwide.

Herman Miller has also made its debut with a new showroom next to Ralph Lauren, bringing its globally recognized ergonomic furniture and human-centered design to the Valley for the first time. Opened in late February, the space showcases signature pieces, including the Aeron Chair.

Looking ahead, La La Land Kind Café is expected to open later this year near True Food Kitchen, adding another go-to spot for coffee and casual bites.

The center will also host the Arizona WineGrower’s Festival on March 28, an immersive tasting featuring more than 40 Arizona wineries. Learn more at Biltmore Fashion Park | Phoenix’s Premier Shopping Destination.
