RAM and storage
You’ve got 32GB of DDR5 in this build, which is going to help run more demanding games and applications, plus make for a very responsive, snappy computing experience. There’s also a large 2TB SSD, which is more than enough for most people, and can easily hold around 15 large AAA games while still having enough room for other files.
Things to consider
This is a great PC, especially for the price, so the only real thing to consider is the CPU. In short, as it’s not a new LGA 1851 socket processor, to upgrade in the future to the Intel Core Ultra series, you’ll need a new motherboard. That’s a consideration, but for many, it’s hardly a deal killer, especially given the somewhat mixed response to Intel’s new lineup. If you want something that’s going to squeeze out as much gaming performance from the RTX 5070 Ti as possible, I’d say your best bet for the money would be a Ryzen 7 9800X3D build. These usually hover between $2000 and $2,500 in most cases, and will be able to push framerates higher, with low frame latency and improved 1% lows.
