This fantastic HP OMEN gaming PC has crashed to its lowest price ever on Amazon with a huge $600 discount, dropping its price from $2,499.99 to $1,899.99. Now this is a very good price for a build of this quality and components. It has a powerful RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, which is an excellent option for 1440p at max settings and entry-level 4K performance. That’s paired with the Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, which is a very capable, all-rounder processor that’s particularly well-suited for creative work and heavy multitasking, and there’s also a solid 32GB of DDR5 RAM, too. Overall, for under $1,900, we think this is a real winner, but be quick if you’re interested, as at the time of writing, there appears to be only one left in stock.

Key features of this HP Omen RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC

Intel Core Ultra 7 265K processor

This is arguably one of the best CPUs you can get if you’re after something more well-rounded than your typical gaming processor. Notably, it features 20 cores and 20 threads (8P and 12E), which makes it very good for a wide range of tasks. For instance, it’s ideal for streaming and running background applications, like Discord, while preserving gaming performance, and it’s also excellent for creative applications and tasks that essentially split up workloads so they can be processed more quickly. In applications like Blender and Adobe Premiere Pro, this is a game-changer and will drastically improve efficiency. For gaming, it has a 5.5GHz boost clock speed and a large 30MB L3 cache, which is designed for high fps 1440p and 4K, and very much in line with the RTX 5070 Ti’s capabilities. Storage and RAM

You’ve got 32GB of DDR5 RAM here, which is excellent for several reasons. For gaming, it’s going to allow you to play open-world titles at high settings and keep everything looking ultra smooth. For instance, spinning the camera fast in a game like Cyberpunk 2077 with 16GB of DDR5 may look slightly jumpy, but with 32GB, it’s going to be much more fluid. For creatives, it’s going to improve rendering times and help you work on large files in applications like Photoshop without everything grinding to a crawl. For video editors, timeline scrubbing becomes notably smoother, too.

RTX 5070 Ti graphics card

This build features the impressive RTX 5070 Ti graphics card, which is one of the best GPUs you can get for 1440p at max settings, with capable 4K performance, too. It features 16GB of GDDR7 VRAM, which, as you likely know, is around twice as fast as GDDR6 and has much higher bandwidth. On top of this, it has advanced 4th-gen ray tracing cores, which are able to handle complex scenarios faster and more efficiently than previous generations, and it also features 5th-gen tensor cores, which give it a huge AI-performance boost. Creatives also get a big win with this card as it features 9th-gen Nvidia Encoders, which significantly improve video quality, exporting speeds, and more. And there’s even Nvidia Broadcast, which leverages AI to turn basically any room into a studio, which is ideal for streamers and content creators.

Things to consider

As you no doubt already know, if you want gaming performance, the Ryzen X3D models are where you want to be looking. The only thing is that these can be a bit more pricey than most Intel 7-265K prebuilds, at least from what I’ve seen. They will have better gaming performance, and I’d say if you’re primarily using your PC for gaming at 1440p/ 4K, then these would be worth going for. Skytech RTX 5070 Ti, Ryzen 7 9800X3D models would be my first point of call, especially its Azure lineup, which is a bit more affordable than its King 95 series.
