Philippines-based gaming services company PhilWeb said Monday it has signed a new strategic service agreement with global supplier FBM under which it will provide technology services, systems integration and regulatory-compliant support for a new online platform supporting FBM’s network of gaming machines and venues.
The agreement will see PhilWeb develop and deploy FBM’s online gaming capabilities, designed to integrated directly with the latter’s network of 500 gaming venues and up to 30,000 machines.
The collaboration, PhilWeb explained, introduces an “online-to-offline model” enabling digital gaming features to be deployed across FBM’s physical operations. Rollout is expected to begin across thousands of machines and potentially scale to up to FBM’s full portfolio.
In its announcement, PhilWeb said the partnership “aims to enhance player engagement, strengthen venue performance and support the continued expansion of regulated electronic gaming in the Philippines.”
FBM specializes in bingo, slot machines and electronic gaming machines and is renowned as one of the leading bingo suppliers in the Philippines.
The partnership also represents another step forward for PhilWeb under the Philippines’ growing regulated market, having recently inked an agreement to develop the online gaming platform of Clark’s Hann Casino Resort.
