Pistons vs. Pelicans Prop Bets for Thursday 3/26/26

Alex Hunter details his best NBA player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Thursday’s game between the Pistons and Pelicans.

The Pistons are hosting the Pelicans on Thursday. Detroit is favored by 4.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook, and the game carries a total of 226.5 points.

Let’s dive into my favorite player prop bets for Thursday’s matchup between the Pistons and Pelicans.

Best Pelicans vs. Pistons Player Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Herbert Jones U 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (-156)

Herbert Jones is only averaging 1.4 made threes per game this season, while shooting just 30.5% from deep. This is also a terrible matchup. The Pistons rank second in defensive rating this season, and they are even stronger with Cade Cunningham (lung) sidelined.

Without the All-Star guard this season, Detroit’s defensive rating improves by 3.3 points per 100 possessions. In the 11 contests that Cunningham has missed, the Pistons have allowed just 106.2 points and 11.7 made three pointers per game. If these were Detroit’s season averages, the club would rank first in both categories. Even if Trey Murphy III (questionable, ankle) sits, Jones likely isn’t hitting multiple treys in this poor matchup.

Daniss Jenkins O 29.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-111)

Daniss Jenkins is really starting to make a name for himself. The guard has started in place of Cunningham over the last four games, and after a quiet showing to begin this stretch, Jenkins has posted 37, 42, and 32 PRA.

Jenkins has made nine starts for Cunningham, averaging 19 points, eight assists, and three rebounds per game in those tilts. Jenkins has topped 29.5 PRA in six matchups during that stretch. He should clear the number once again against a Pelicans defense that sits 24th in defensive rating, especially if Tobias Harris (questionable, hip) sits. With both Cunningham and Harris off the floor this season, Jenkins is handling a 22% usage rate and 30% assist rate.
