PPC Group has completed construction of photovoltaic projects totaling 2.13 GW in Western Macedonia, Greece.The projects are expected to generate 3,150 GWh annually, covering nearly 6 % of Greece’s electricity demand.The solar portfolio can supply electricity to around 750,000 households annually.Major plants include the 940 MW Amyntaio complex, 550 MW Phoebe, and additional projects totaling over 360 MW.PPC Renewables also completed two battery storage stations with 98 MW and 196 MWh capacity.A 50 MW and 200 MWh storage project near Amyntaio is under construction.The company is also advancing pumped-hydro projects of 320 MW and 240 MW.
