If you’re on the hunt for a high-end RTX 5070 Ti gaming PC, that’s also a powerhouse for productivity and content creation, then this is the deal for you. Right now, this MSI Aegis RS2 Series prebuild is down $500 at Newegg, and has been reduced from $3,099.00 to $2,599.00. Now this is a premium build and packs 32GB of DDR5, a 2TB SSD, a powerful 360mm CPU liquid cooler with RGB fans, and even WIFI 7 connectivity. What makes it a very strong choice for content creators and workstation usage, is its very high core count Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, which helps expand this PC’s offerings beyond just gaming. It’s a cracking deal if you ask us, and well worth checking out while it’s still on sale.

RTX 5070 Ti graphics card
First up you’ve got the RTX 5070 Ti, which is one of the best graphics cards you can buy for 1440p, with very capable 4K performance, especially when using DLSS and MFG. This card boasts a serveral generational improvements, including 4th-gen ray tracig cores, 5th-gen tensor cores, and faster, higher bandwidth GDDR7 VRAM, of which this has 16GB. Having this amount of memory makes it far better at handling more demanding 1440p gaming scenarios and 4K, in addition to heavier content creation tasks, such as 3D rendering and complex video editing.
Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor
This processor is the top dog from Intel’s Core Ultra lineup, and a very strong choice for those who want both solid gaming performance, and top-tier workstation and multitasking capabilities. The big thing here is its 24 cores (8P and 16E) and 24 threads, which is a significantly higher count than many of the popular Ryzen X3D alternatives commonly found paired with the RTX 5070 Ti. This allows for it to be very adept at handling demanding multitasking, such as streaming and recording video, as well as being well suited for applications like Blender and Premiere Pro. In terms of gaming performance, the Ryzen 7 9800X3D has the edge, but it’s still a solid pick for gaming at high settings. Check out our full review for benchmarks, and more information.

Storage and RAM
You’ve got a decent sized 2TB SSD in this build, which is an ideal amount of storage for a large gaming library, and shouldn’t fill up too quickly even with minimal management. On the RAM front, you’ve got 32GB of DDR5, which is going to help reduce microstrutters in-game, and dramatically improve speed and responsiveness when working on large files in various creative applications, too.
Alternatives to consider
If you’re interested in this build, you’re likely opting for something that’s not exactly ‘gaming-first’ in some respects, and you’re after a higher core count CPU, so I’m not going to suggest going for an Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RTX 5070 Ti prebuild, which would be better for gaming. Instead, I’d say that you may want to explore some of the RTX 5080 prebuilds that come with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, as these tend to hover around the same price, and would give you more raw power for complex creative workflows, but still have a CPU with a huge core count, and excellent workstation capabilities. From my experience, Stormcraft is where it’s at for these builds, and I often see them under $2,500 at Newegg. This Stormcraft RTX 5080, Intel Core Ultra 7 265F PC fits the bill nicely, and would be a worth alternative to consider.
