Students from Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts took part in a practice scrimmage event on Jan. 24 in preparation for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) Regional Science Bowl, which was held at the LADWP headquarters on Feb. 21.
The winning team will travel to Washington D.C. to represent Los Angeles and compete against other regional winners from across the nation in the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Science Bowl in April 2026.
