Tammy Kuntz loved putting together a good puzzle. And now, thanks to her puzzle passion and her family’s donation, community members can keep those good times going – and help keep track of pieces.
Last year, the Stoughton Public Library received a generous donation from the family of Tammy Kuntz, who passed away in 2022. Tammy was a big fan of jigsaw puzzles, so the library and her family thought it appropriate that a portion of the gift be used for a new puzzle table on the library’s Mezzanine level.
The beautiful solid oak table was constructed by Rob Gurke at Grand Inspired Gallery & Makerspace here in downtown Stoughton. The table features a raised edge to keep puzzle pieces from sliding off, as well as drawers for storing pieces.
The table is a gift in memory of Tammy from her family. The remainder of the donation will be used to purchase additional materials for the library collection. Tammy was also an avid reader and frequent library patron.
