Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection Unveils Johanna Ortiz Collab 02/23/2026

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht
Collection has created a new luxury experience with a celebrated Colombian designer aboard one of its super yachts.

The brand is working with renowned fashion designer Johanna Ortiz, known for
her luxurious, feminine resort-inspired clothing featuring ruffles, bold prints, and a tropical Latin American flair.

The collaboration debuts aboard the line’s Ilma, a 790-foot super
yacht that holds up to 448 guests and sails throughout the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Ortiz’s custom prints and textiles adorn the yacht’s pool deck and observation terrace during Ilma’s
winter 2026 season and continue through the yacht’s summer 2026 season.

“Johanna Ortiz brings an unmistakable point of view that embodies culture, emotion, and beauty in motion,”
said Gaby Aiguesvives, CMO of the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. “The brand’s vision aligns naturally with how we curate our voyages, where thoughtful design and storytelling enhance every
moment on board. This collaboration invites guests to experience life at sea through a fashion-led lens that feels effortless and authentic.”

The anchor of the collaboration is Tropical
Exuberance, Ortiz’s custom prints inspired by “Caribbean flora and the natural landscapes” and featuring the brand’s signature sailing rope knot motif. The “La Rumba”
print takes over deck 10 with layered shades of deep blue. On deck 9, the “La Siesta” print offers a “quieter expression of luxury, rendered in rich tropical greens.”

The collaboration also extends to a curated collection of cocktails and mocktails served on board, which “draw from Ortiz’s favorite botanicals and coastal flavors.” A selection of
Johanna Ortiz ready-to-wear pieces will also be available to purchase on the yacht.
