Rod Stewart, a rock legend with a 63-year career and over 120 million records sold, will perform his inaugural concert in Greece on Saturday, December 13th. The show, part of his “One Last Time” global tour, will take place at the Telekom Center in Athens.
Known for hits like “Maggie May,” “Baby Jane,” and “Hot Legs,” the British artist boasts two inductions into the US Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (as a solo artist and with the Faces) and was knighted in 2016.
Throughout his career, which began with his 1969 debut An Old Raincoat Won’t Ever Let You Down, Stewart has secured ten No. 1 albums and 31 top-ten singles in the UK. He is widely recognized as one of the most successful artists of all time, having been ranked by Billboard among its “Hot 100 All-Time Top Artists.”
Opening the evening is Greek singer-songwriter Angelika Dusk.
Athens has a very active scene, and many other acts are confirmed for 2025, ranging from classic rock to modern metal and alternative. Among those who performed in Athens this year were Robbie Williams, Graveyard, and Coven.
