RTS announces acquisition of Evo, the world’s largest gaming tournament. Saudi Arabia’s national project “Qiddiya City” becomes a part of RTS.

RTS has announced the acquisition of Evo, a global fighting game eSports competition, from NODWIN Gaming. RTS was acquired by the Saudi ” Qiddiya Investment Company ” in September 2025, and thus Evo is now under the Qiddiya umbrella.

RTS has acquired Evo, a global competitive fighting game eSports tournament, from NODWIN Gaming. RTS was acquired by the Saudi “Qiddiya Investment Company ” in September 2025, and thus Evo is now under the umbrella of the “Qiddiya Investment Company”.

Qiddiya Investment Company is the driving force behind “Qiddiya City,” an entertainment mega-project and a national project in Saudi Arabia. The project is working on a variety of areas, and is also keen to establish the world’s first special gaming and e-sports zone.

In conjunction with this announcement, “Evo” released a statement. The company said that under the ownership of RTS, the traditions, values, and identity of Evo will not change. The change in the management structure of Evo, which is said to be the largest fighting game tournament in the world. It will be interesting to see how the tournament will develop in the future.
