FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – November marks the beginning of the holiday season—a time of giving, gratitude, and community focus. This busy month is celebrated in style at Sassy’s Clothing & Gift Boutique in downtown Franklin.
Sassy’s is inviting the community to participate in three exciting initiatives this month:
Fall Fashion Show for the YWCA
Sassy’s will take the stage on Saturday, November 15, at 10:30 a.m. for the Fall Fashion Show at Wanango Country Club. The event is held in support of the Oil City YWCA, which has served the community for 100 years.
The show will feature the latest fall and holiday fashions presented by Sassy’s and Cali Rae’s Haute Spot, accompanied by beverages, light bites, and door prizes. Tickets are available at Sassy’s Boutique, Cali Rae’s Haute Spot, and the Oil City YWCA.
The “Share the Season” Giving Challenge
This November, Sassy’s is partnering with the ABC Life Center in Franklin, which provides essential support, education, and connections for young families across the region.
Customers can participate in the “Share the Season” Giving Challenge by bringing in specific food donations to Sassy’s each week. As a thank-you, customers will receive 15% off their purchase. All collected items will be donated to the ABC Life Center to help local families enjoy a brighter holiday season.
Holiday Shopping Extravaganza
November also brings two of Sassy’s favorite weekends, which officially usher in the holiday shopping spirit for downtown retailers:
- Wine Walk Weekend: This celebration begins with the Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce Wine Walk on Friday evening, followed by the City of Franklin’s Light Up Parade and Fireworks on Saturday. Sassy’s will celebrate the weekend with exciting sales and doorbusters.
- Black Friday & Small Business Saturday:
- Black Friday kicks off at 9 a.m. on November 28th with a free $25 gift card with every $100 gift card purchase, plus the return of the annual Holiday Tote (free with any purchase).
- On Small Business Saturday, doors open at 9 a.m. on November 29th. Early shoppers who spend $100 or more will receive a special gift, including a Franklin Retail Gift Card, to encourage continued downtown shopping.
