The Sewickley Music Club returns for the second half of its 2025-2026 season with local musician and artist Benjamin Bugaile along with Nathália Kato at
1:30 p.m. April 14 at Sewickley Presbyterian Church, 414 Grant St.
Bugaile is a musician and artist associated with Ingomar Church. He has been featured for his work in Art Song Compositions. He is also affiliated with Calvary Episcopal Church in Pittsburgh and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kato has extensive experience in orchestral, operatic and chamber music activities. Her repertoire list consists of numerous instrumental, chamber and vocal works, including 25 complete operas. Before moving to the United States, she served as a répétiteur for three seasons at Theatro São Pedro, an opera house in São Paulo in her home country of Brazil. She is an Adjunct Professor of Voice at Duquesne University, where she serves as vocal coach and music director of Opera Workshop.

The final SMC 2025-2026 season performance will be May 19 (date change). The meeting will start at 11:30 a.m. and be followed by lunch and a musical performance at 1:30 p.m. It will be a tribute to Olive Nevin by The Boilermaker Jazz Band.
