Strasbourg fan groups are flying to London to join a Chelsea supporter protest against BlueCo before the London club’s home game against Manchester United on April 18.
NotAProjectCFC, who organised a protest ahead of Chelsea’s match against Brentford in January, say fans from the two BlueCo-owned sides are combining forces for the first time to demand the ownership’s departure after the “continued erosion” of their clubs.
BlueCo is the consortium led by American businessman Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, which bought Chelsea in 2022 and made Ligue 1 Strasbourg part of their multi-club model a year later.
By the end of the 2025 summer transfer window 12 players had moved between the clubs. In January, then-Strasbourg head coach Liam Rosenior replaced Enzo Maresca as Chelsea boss, leading to increased tensions between the Ligue 1 side’s fans and their owners.

A statement released by NotAProjectCFC on their X account reads: “As a result of the continued erosion of values at both football clubs, we have decided to come together to take action with one clear, unified message: BlueCo Out.
“Members of Ultra Boys 90, Kop Ciel et Blanc, Fédération des supporters du RCS and Pariser section have kindly agreed to fly over to London and walk in unison with us on a protest march towards Stamford Bridge ahead of the match.
“We believe this could be a seismic moment in the history of football, where fans of clubs from separate countries will come together to do what is right not only for our clubs individually, but for the sport more widely. Together, we can force change.”
The Chelsea protest earlier this year was attended by only around 200 people. Chelsea have been beaten in the Carabao Cup semi-final by Arsenal since then and suffered their joint-heaviest Champions League defeat by losing 8-2 to Paris Saint-Germain on aggregate in the last 16.
Meanwhile, Strasbourg are eighth in Ligue 1 but remain in the French Cup and the Conference League.
