Surveillance video shows father chasing after truck towing car with a 4-year-old daughter inside

UPDATE: Newly released security video shows a tow truck speeding off with a 4-year-old girl still inside a car outside a Sunrise restaurant as her father ran after it, police said. Police tell 7News that they can’t provide information on whether the father will be facing any charges for leaving his daughter unattended, as it remains an active investigation.
