PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Oregon is full of movie lovers.
You can see it reflected in our numerous independent theaters and on the big screen.
Several prominent films have been filmed here, and we’ve seen it grow into a stop-motion powerhouse.
That’s why this week Willamette Week is dedicating its issue to the top 25 Oregon movies of the past 25 years.
Film critic and arts journalist Chance Solem-Pfeifer joined KATU’s Deb Knapp on Wednesday to break it down.
