Kalshi prediction markets to target on Tuesday

  • Duke to win by more than 17.5 points vs. Notre Dame ($0.50 per share)
  • Knicks vs. Cavaliers: More than 231.5 points scored ($0.49 per share)
  • Thunder to win vs. Raptors ($0.52 per share)

Duke to win by more than 17.5 points vs. Notre Dame ($0.50 per share)

“Duke enters the contest as one of the most mathematically dominant teams in the nation, ranking ninth overall in offensive efficiency and fourth in defensive efficiency,” SportsLine expert Jeff Hochman said. “The Fighting Irish counter with a pedestrian offensive efficiency of 114.9 (ranked 88th nationally) and a highly vulnerable defensive efficiency of 106.0 (ranked 109th). The Blue Devils have a magnificent 57.5% effective field goal percentage on the offensive end, a metric largely driven by a physically dominant interior presence that secures a massive 36.9% offensive rebounding rate. Notre Dame will be forced to compete without freshman guard Jalen Haralson, their leading scorer and primary offensive initiator, who has been ruled out of this contest with an unspecified injury.” Trade Duke vs. Notre Dame at Kalshi here:

Knicks vs. Cavaliers: More than 231.5 points scored ($0.49 per share)

James Harden and Donovan Mitchell create one of the most dynamic guard duos in the NBA, and that’s been on display since Cleveland traded for Harden from the Clippers. Three of the last four Cleveland games have cashed on the more than side for points. Mitchell is seventh in the league in scoring at 28.6 points per game this season, but the other side on Tuesday will have a more than capable scoring guard as well. Knicks point guard Jalen Brunson is ninth in the NBA at 26.8 ppg this season, and the more than has won in three of the last five New York games. These two teams combined for 250 points when they last met on Christmas, and the model projects another high-scoring affair. The more than hits in 58.6% of simulations. Trade Knicks vs. Cavaliers here:

Thunder to win vs. Raptors ($0.52 per share)

The Thunder are 4-1 over their last five games, including defeating the Cavaliers, 121-113, on Sunday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (abdominal strain) remains out for the Thunder, but they remain one of the best teams in the NBA, even in his prolonged absence. Oklahoma City is 5-3 during SGA’s current injury, including 2-1 on the road as they’ll travel to Toronto. The Raptors have lost four straight against teams with winning records, with their last victory over a team above .500 actually being the Thunder in a 103-101 upset in Oklahoma City. Expect the Thunder to want to avenge that on Tuesday. The model projects the Thunder to win in 67% of simulations. Trade Thunder vs. Raptors here:
