Veronica Beard Pre-Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear Runway, Fashion Show & Collection Review

Veronica Swanson Beard and Veronica Miele Beard were feeling “wild at heart” this season.

“It’s this mix of romance and rebellion. We’re always trying to bend the rigid lines of tailoring and how we incorporate softness. We’ve been really working so hard on our transitional seasons. Resort for us — the season right now — has been our best yet,” Swanson Beard said.

“It’s my favorite to shop and on the floor the longest, but it has always been a challenge,” Miele Beard added.

The design duo expanded that within resort, and the pieces resonating with customers the most have been emotional styles, which they strongly continued through pre-fall with Western-accented takes on their versatile wardrobing. One could easily see clients in their new Aspen store gravitating toward the collection’s saddle-seamed, flared denim with heritage hardware and whipstitched or patchwork accessories. Ditto a vintage-inspired, lace-inset prairie dress and fluid floral frocks alongside new takes on brand classics, including a great rust-colored chore jacket with removable, floral embellished collar.

“We try to think of the longevity of these styles in the shoulder seasons — how you’ll wear it now and then wear it later,” Miele Beard said, as seen through lightweight shirting worn with an ultra-cool new burnout denim army jacket and matching pant that nicely contrasted with structured novelty jackets and suiting.
