Wellness for Life to hold sessions on financial planning and breaking up with bad habits | University Times


The latest Wellness for Life monthly challenges focuses on financial instead of physical health.

The February Financial Wellness Challenge is “Make a Spending Plan Work For You.”

Participants will learn how to become smarter about money and create a plan to be more intentional about their finances.

Those who sign up and track attendance four times by Feb. 28 will earn up to 25 points.

Break up with bad habits

Are you ready to stop the bad habits that sabotage your wellness goals?  There are strategies that can maximize your chances for success.

Human Resources will host a Wellness for Life Virtual Lunch and Learn on “Break Up with Bad Habits” from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 16. The event will be presented virtually via Microsoft Teams. Join here.

This presentation will cover ways to increase your odds of breaking bad habits and taking back your life.

Plus, just for joining, UPMC Health Plan members will earn up to 10 points toward their HIA Reward Dollars.
