After a week off, teams return to action on Thursday with about 30 games left on every team’s schedule.

All of the top seven teams in the East are taking the court, with the top seed Detroit Pistons visiting the third seed New York Knicks in what could be the game of the night. The second-place Boston Celtics visit the Golden State Warriors to open a four-game road trip out West.

The Denver Nuggets and Houston Rockets are the only teams in the top six in the West playing on Thursday, with the Rockets visiting the Charlotte Hornets and the Nuggets visiting the LA Clippers.
