Where to watch Uganda vs. Nigeria live stream, TV channel, start time for AFCON match

It’s not been without a few scares along the way, but Nigeria have reached the knockout stages of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations with a game to spare.

Eric Chelle’s side conceded an equaliser before beating Tanzania 2-1 in their opener. Goals from Victor Osimhen, Wilfred Ndidi and Ademola Lookman saw the Super Eagles soar into a 3-0 lead against Tunisia last time out.

The North African side battled back to 3-2 to set up a grandstand finish, but Nigeria held on to secure a result that guarantees they will progress as group winners.

That means Chelle is likely to rotate his line-up, possibly creating an opportunity for Uganda, who can still progress after Uche Ikpeazu’s 80th-minute leveller ensured a 1-1 draw with Tanzania.
