Games coming to Xbox Game Pass in May 2026
While the full roster of new Xbox Game Pass games for May remains a secret known only to those at Microsoft, we do know of a few titles that subscribers can look forward to next month. Here is everything confirmed for Game Pass in May so far.
Mixtape

After being delayed out of 2025, Beethoven & Dinosaur’s Mixtape will finally join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 7. The coming-of-age narrative adventure follows three friends as they set out on their last night together. A perfectly curated playlist ends up pulling them into a reenactment of formative memories that sees them skateboarding through town, exploring an abandoned theme park, and putting on a fireworks show from the backseat of a car.
The game has a killer soundtrack, with music from DEVO, Roxy Music, Lush, The Smashing Pumpkins, Iggy Pop, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Joy Division, the Cure, and more, so it’s definitely one you’ll want to check out when it joins Game Pass next month.
Call of the Elder Gods
Call of the Elder Gods is a sequel to 2020’s excellent puzzle adventure game, Call of the Sea. In this first-person Lovecraftian follow-up, you play as Professor Harry Everhart and Evangeline Drayton, who set out on a journey across the world in search of their missing loved ones. Switching between the two characters, you will solve a variety of complex observation-based puzzles across time and space.
Call of the Elder Gods joins Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S and PC with Play Anywhere support on May 12.
Forza Horizon 6

The first of two massive titles this year from Playground Games, Forza Horizon 6, speeds onto Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass for Series X|S and PC on May 19. FH6 whisks players off to Japan so they can work their way up to the coveted title of Horizon Legend using over 550 real-world cars. We’ve played the upcoming racing game, and it’s shaping up to be something pretty special.
While Forza Horizon 6 joins Game Pass on May 19, those who purchase the Premium Edition can play four days early, starting May 15.
