Myles Smith has crafted a relaxing new playlist for Apple Music.
The BRIT winning star spent 2025 on the road, with Myles Smith playing some of his biggest shows to date. Stealing the show during the BRIT Awards ceremony with a powerful speech, the songwriter has a deep connection to his craft.
Apple Music invited Myles to select some songs for their Music That Soothes Me playlist, and he happily obliged, having long used music as a portal to relax, and de-stress.
The playlist features some amazing music, too, including Dave, The Cinematic Orchestra, Bon Iver, Noah Kahan, and beyond.
He comments: “Music is the one place where my head properly slows down. I use it to reset after long days on tour or when I need a moment of stillness. I’ll listen when I’m cooking, travelling, lying on the sofa or trying to fall asleep. Some songs sit with you quietly and make you feel understood without demanding anything back, and that’s the kind of relaxation I always go back to.”
Discussing the playlist, Myles adds: “A lot of these were songs I leaned on when life felt overwhelming. Music has always been a mirror for me – it shows me what I’m feeling before I’ve found the words myself. These tracks have helped me through heartbreak, burnout, homesickness on tour and the moments where everything felt a bit too heavy.”
