HAMMOND — Southeastern Louisiana University’s Department of Computer Science is hosting the first of the spring Industry Connect Distinguished Lectures Feb. 26 at 4 p.m.
Scheduled in the Envoc Innovation Lab, located in room 2026 in the Computer Science and Technology Building, the free lecture is titled “Software Development: The Hard Part.”
Lead Software Developer at GoValidate Austin Webre will serve as guest speaker.
Over the past eight years, Webre has honed his skills in writing code and leading teams in developing elegant software solutions to complex problems. With expertise spanning cloud infrastructure, software architecture, team building and mentoring, his career has been built on a willingness to fill gaps and take on challenges wherever they arise.
